These Terms outline how I work and what you can expect when booking a session with Naturally Organised. By engaging my services, you agree to the following.

Services Provided

I offer professional home organising and decluttering services, including spatial planning and bespoke organising solutions. Each project is tailored to your needs and agreed in advance.

While light cleaning (such as wiping down surfaces) may be carried out as part of organising a space, I do not provide full cleaning services.

Booking and Payment

An initial phone conversation will be arranged to discuss your space and the support you require.

To secure a booking, you must confirm your preferred date(s) via email or phone.

Fees are agreed in advance and are based on the time and scope involved. Payment is due on completion of the session and can be made by bank transfer or cash.

Hours of Work

Typical working hours are between 9:30am and 4:00pm, with a short break. You are not expected to provide food or refreshments.

If additional time is required to complete the project, this will always be discussed and agreed before scheduling extra hours.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible so your slot can be offered to someone else.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing parking and access to the property at the agreed time

  • Informing me of any health or safety concerns within the home

  • Notifying me in advance of any animals on the premises

  • Making final decisions regarding the retention or disposal of items

Removal of Items

Donating items in a good, saleable condition to local charities is encouraged to aid the circular economy. I am happy to assist with donations as part of the overall service.

No items will be removed from your home without your clear authorisation. Once an item has left your home, it may not be possible to retrieve it.

Items that are no longer suitable for donation are best suited to clothing banks or recycling centres.

Travel & Accommodation Costs

For locations beyond a reasonable travel distance, additional costs may apply. These will always be discussed and agreed in advance.

Purchase of Organising Products

With your prior approval, I can source and purchase organising products on your behalf. These items are charged at retail price.

Professional Guidance

I provide guidance and practical support based on professional experience and best practice. However, all final decisions regarding the disposal or retention of belongings remain with you.

You are responsible for identifying and safeguarding valuable or sentimental items before work begins.

While every care is taken, I cannot be held responsible for accidental damage unless it results from negligence.

Confidentiality and Privacy

Your privacy is respected at all times.

I will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

Any personal data collected will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and my Privacy Policy.

With your permission, photographs or videos may be taken to document before and after transformations.

Testimonials, including Google reviews, are always appreciated but entirely optional.

Termination of Services

I reserve the right to end a session if circumstances arise that prevent the safe or effective delivery of the service.
